✿ WHERE DO YOU SHIP? We ship worldwide.

✿ HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER? Every NZ order has a tracking number. You'll receive an email with a link to your tracking number.

✿ CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER? Absolutely! Just email or pm immediately as orders received before 12noon are shipped the same day. We're here to help, but if it's already been sent we are unable to make the changes.

✿ WHAT IF YOU DON'T HAVE WHAT I WANT? Unfortunately we do sell out quickly, we are currently making processors so this doesn't happen so often. In the meantime if there is something you really love, but it's no longer in stock, just let us know. We will be happy for you to be one of the first to receive it.
